Spring Creek Tract

The Spring Creek Tract,  located on Highway 89 west of South Lake Tahoe near Fallen Leaf Lake, is made up of Forest Service Cabins that are land leased in 20 year increments by the US Forest Service Lake Tahoe Management District.  These cabins very rarely change hands and are some of the most highly prized cabins in the Lake Tahoe Basin. The Spring Creek Tract offers paved roads and some cabins are year round accessible. There is a USFS Handbook available upon email request should a US Forest service cabin appeal to you.
