After living in our Tahoe home for 25 years we entertained the idea of upgrading to a new home in the area. Our first call connected us with Fawne Hayes. She took the time to show us at least a dozen properties and helped us develop our idea of the perfect home. This process took a couple months, and all the while Fawne was patient and attentive with no pressure to buy. We had great laughs as we trudged through snow and tried to find a home in Tahoe. Eventually we expanded the search to the Carson Valley and just before giving up taking a break for winter (which turned out to be the year of COVID) we found our perfect home. She helped us navigate the buying process and we couldn’t be happier.
After a few years we decided to sell our Tahoe house. We had no idea what we were doing but she kept us focused, answered our questions, and made the process painless.
