Fawne helped me navigate and buy a ski condo near Heavenly’s Stage Coach Lift. Fawne is extremely detailed oriented, focused and listened to exactly what my requirements were – which included the ability for the unit to be a desirable rental when I’m not using it. Although I had a moderate budget, Fawne worked with me and spent many days over several months in order to find the perfect place. Her knowledge of the local market and pricing is excellent. She guided me towards a vacation home that was very reasonably and moderately priced and was able to assist me in the negotiation process. Fawne doesn’t stop at just finding you the right home! She was able to work with the homeowners association, lender and buyer to make sure that all my questions were answered and helped to expedite getting me closed and into the new place. She helped me find the right lender, home inspector, insurance agent and even some local contractors that could assist me in some light renovation work after closing. Since the condo is a vacation home and I live out of town, when it came to the home inspection, Fawne has there for the entire inspection. She followed up with buyer to make sure that all of the needed repairs were made and even inspected them before closing! Fawne is a true professional and puts in extra effort to make sure every item that I had a concern with was addressed to my satisfaction. Communication with Fawne is excellent. Regardless of whether it’s e-mail, text or phone calls; she gets back to you ASAP. I can not recommend her highly enough. When it comes time to sell, I have every intention of using her!!!
